Welcome! I’m Xerces, Your Somatic Birth Doula and Emotional Mentor for Mothers.

I believe that pregnancy and motherhood are sacred journeys that deserve to be honored, not just survived. My work is rooted in helping mothers reconnect with their emotions and bodies so they feel empowered, peaceful, and deeply aligned throughout their pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

As a doula, I provide personalized support for women and families who want to create a meaningful and connected experience, whether they are preparing for an unmedicated birth, a VBAC, or simply desiring a deeper relationship with themselves during this transformative time. My approach blends emotional and somatic embodiment practices, helping you feel at home in your body and trust its incredible wisdom.

I come to this work with a background in mental health, postpartum care, and a passion for the sacredness of birth. I understand the stress and overwhelm that can arise during motherhood—because I’ve been there myself. But I also know how powerful it is to embrace these moments as opportunities for growth, healing, and connection.

Whether you’re a first-time mother or looking to reconnect with your pregnancy journey, I offer a nurturing, intuitive, and grounded presence. I’m here to hold space for you, guide you to trust your body, and help you create a foundation of ease and joy for your family.

I’m passionate about creating tools and programs that make emotional and physical connection accessible for every family.
Outside of my work, you’ll find me enjoying quiet time with my husband and daughter on our farm, reading, taking nature walks, or exploring new ways to nurture my family’s connection.
